Hotel Winpalace - Arbanasi

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a very pleasant time. the personnel were very amiable and made me feel welcome. Units with terrace. the location was exceptionally nice and decent. Just next door to a garden with a lot of potential. the restaurant was conveniently close. Seafront promenade was 2 miles away from the venue.

The place was stunningly beautiful and rooms here were clean and exceptionally nice. Appreciated the room with nice sofa, my bed was very comfy. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location offered was marvellous near to a garden which had a lot of potential, a hill, and Veliko Tarnovo...

I stayed in an attic room with a private bathroom that had a comfortable bed, a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control.

I absolutely loved the beautiful venue, my room had a nice sofa and a terrace, and the staff was very helpful in sorting out any problems I had during my stay.

The restaurant serves both international and traditional Bulgarian cuisine, so I had plenty of options for my picky taste buds. The spa was a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a sauna, hot tub, and massage treatments. The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The hotel is located on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely carpet in my room that added a charming touch. to my allergies.

The accommodation is vintage chic, with some funky fungus decorations. The party nights were a fantastic opportunity for the hotel to share the joy with everyone, including young children.

The hotel's outside area and swimming pool are well-maintained and clean. There is also a playground, convenient for families with kids. The staff, although young and inexperienced, were kind and helpful. The location offers beautiful views.
